Whataburger

"I love Whataburger, but this one is really bad. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I ordered and paid for a double (a #2), and I got a single patty. I also ordered a chicken strip meal and was shorted a chicken strip. I ordered an unsweetened tea and was given sweet tea. This place is a rip off. I was also made to wait a long time when there was only 1 car in front of me. The place was not busy. I would avoid this place."

"Waited 20 minutes for a curbside order. Walked in only to be told, Oh we were missing items from your order, but it's ready now. I left with my order. The drinks and condiments were missing. I drove back up there. Finally got home with my food and there was a hair cooked into my food. I'm disgusted. I called to speak with the Manager, Heather. I explained the whole ordeal. She never apologized, she only replied how can I help you with that? I asked what the options were and requested the suggested refund. Please don't waste your time with this place."

"The food here is so good. Everything is always freshly made. The employees are always friendly, quick and efficient. The inside is always clean and air conditioned. Great place to stop for a quick meal."
