"Came in today to make a return. Didn’t have my original receipt but the cashier said he could put in on the same card I bought it with. He gave me the last 4 digits of the card I used and I told him I don’t own a card ending in those 4 numbers. Said he could give me store credit on a gift card but that’s not what I wanted.don’t need anything from the store currently.he proceeded to treat me like an idiot when I tried to explain to him his system is wrong because I again don’t own a card with those numbers. Once leaving angry and confused I checked my bank statement when I got home and he was in fact wrong. I used the debit card I had on me. So instead of treating people like idiots maybe you should make sure your facts are straight. Have the day you deserve. There’s nothing wrong with being wrong but being a jerk and treating people like garbage is where I draw the line. Also fix your system."
