"So unpredictable here. It can randomly be understaffed, you get in the drive thru for like 20+ minutes and/or the food comes out terrible, you get someone else's order, missing food, etc. I have learned to just go to the McDonald's next to it."

"I have been through this place several times. They just don’t listen to my order properly. I ask for a small size and they always default to large size and charge me also for it. I tell them that’s not what I ordered and then give me attitude on it. I’ve been driving through this place for over 6 years and the service is falling off the tracks now."

"Drive thru. They sent a person home at 8pm and then all of the sudden 6 cars were behind me. Anyway got my order wrong had to come back. Manager was very nice told me I ordered wrong bc I had no idea that there was a difference between a chz burg. and a whopper with chz.??? I thought all your burgers were whoppers whether it's called burger or whopper. Gave me back same Fry's same orings and burgers wet soggy cold messy and offered no remedy. Desert, drink, fresh sides nothing. Very nice and polite. The guy at the window was full of facial expressions. HE SURE HATES HIS JOB AND DID NOT WANT TO BE THERE. HAD TO WAIT IN LINE BC THE INSIDE WAS CLOSED AT 8:30. THAT'S NOT THE 1ST TIME THAT LOCATION HAS SHOWN THAT PROPER TRAINING HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED."

"According to the hours listed on Google, this location should be open until 12AM. Not the case. I tried multiple times within a period of 2 weeks (prior to 9:00 PM) to get my BK craving satisfied. No sign on the door, no mention of changed hours on the drive thru lane, NOTHING! I decided to go a little earlier last night and alas, they were open (7:15 PM). Well, I shouldn't have even tried. What a disappointment! No shakes available, burger bun was stale & cold., meat was not warm either and the onion rings were little to be desired. The drive thru attendants were barely paying attention. They were carrying on laughing instead of giving good service. I asked for salt and pepper - I got one salt packet and a sweet n low packet. How does that even happen?!"

"The drive thru service was extremely slow. I waited a total of 10 mins from the time I arrived to place my order to the time I actually received my order. I ordered a double cheeseburger meal. The burger I received was NOT a double cheeseburger. It had bacon and only one patty and mayo. No pickles. No ketchup. It was extremely cold. The cheese wouldn’t melt. I had an awful experience"
