"The service is apathetic and no one respects the line inside or even worse in the drive thru. Cars will drive all the way around the line and skip the second lane. They need to put up bollards or something"

"I just sat here at this location and witnessed discrimination, racism towards black people. The customer service is not so great when it comes to black people. Today I watched and heard the Hispanic manager tell a black young woman who came in for an interview she was scheduled for they are not hiring because it’s slow. This manager has been doing interviews for the last two weeks. She only interviews and help Hispanic do the app and turn African Americans away. Majority of all the employees are Hispanic. Two African Americans and one Caucasian that’s part time. Majority of the Hispanics are full time and eats free."

"This location steals money from customers by crimping the cartons. Corporate has confirmed this is NOT correct protocol and is only done to shave pennies in costs. Tried to correct and manager refused and argued it was correct and wouldn’t give me the proper amount of fries i paid for."

"We came inside the location to dine in and the manager 3 ladies were screaming close the door we are close and denied us service. I express how unprofessional they were acting and they toke out order to go but it was very uncomfortable. There were some people in the playground who was an employee, she ordered food and had no problem eating inside as well having kids in the playground."

"New style McDonald’s. Nice and small restaurant setting instead of huge dining area as used to be . V practical and efficient. Enough seating but for the large drink they charge $1.79 before it was $0.99. Their setting is like 15% empty glass not full . That’s bad . I complain but if everyone noticed and complain nicely it will work . Price and quantity."
