"I've become a fan of popeyes wings. I've never really been a fan of their chicken, but the flavor wings hit different. This location of customer service isn't the best. They are always messing up the order and missing items. If you tell them they forgot something, they then get an attitude with you like it's your fault. I rather go to another location besides this one."

"There is an employee at this location by the name of Juany. Sweetest lady with a heart of pure gold. She really went above and beyond to take care of my order when she didn't have to. I don't know her personally and I really hope her efforts are recognized. Cheers to Juany."

"I pulled up at 955 all my food was cold, hard and dried out. I called them same night lady said closed at 10 so I called the next day asked for manager. She told me they don't give free meals and I needed to bring the old food back and what I brought back they would replace and hung up in my face. How rude. Had they did the food right in the first place I wouldn't have to come back and on tol of that to be rude after they're error the food wasn't free that very upsetting. I won't go back there ever I don't care how much I want Popeyes"

"I originally had an issue with an omline order and after a while I managed it to get refunded. Big thank you to the online customer service rep I had for making it very quick and easy to get a refund. During this confusion where my online order didnt come through on their system, the manager had a slight attitude. What made me upset was immediately after, I re-placed my order in store. I ordered 2 sandwiches and one was a large combo and the side was supposed to be mashed potatoes and I got fries. My receipt literally shows mashed potatoes but in my bag I received large fries. I was extremely disappointed especially since I already spent 20 minutes dealing with that fiasco."
