"My family and I tried this location, We have tried the pasadena location and the food was great, service ws amazing so when we found a location close to us we decided to try it. I must say Ill be making the drive to pasadena next time. We pulled up in the drive through and there were no other cars or traffic. The lady who took our family meal order told us the wait would be 5 to 10 minutes and asked us to pull around, ok no problem. We waited almost 30 minutes until I got down to ask about the delay. Our order had already been bagged and was just sitting there. By the time I got home i realized my order was incorrect and I didnt want to drive all the way back since it was getting late and my children were hungry. I got fries instead of dirty rice and 4 things of coleslaw when I didnt order any. The family meal said it came with rolls and we didnt recieve any and it was supposed to be mixed pieces thigh, wing, leg and breast all I had was breast and 2 legs. Not once did they mention that they didnt have any or let us know all they had was breast pieces. No communication at all. Too bad because Im picky about my roasted chicken and the food is good, Ill just make that drive a little further out now when we have our next craving."

"My first time eating from here and the food was mid. The chicken was fresh but it literally had no flavor .. it tasted like straight up salt with a hint of cayenne. They don’t make their own dipping sauces and they charge for it -_- . I also got the mashed potatoes as a side and it was so bland. Disappointing for my first time and it will certainly be the last time as well."

"So today was my first time there and it was just an average experience. Nothing was wrong with the staff, in fact they were fast and very friendly, but the food was just blah. I go the spicy strips and the season was just added after they fried the chicken and the roll tasted like it was from Hertz Chicken. This place is just ok nothing super special but if you're hungry for a decent food at a pretty reasonable price, I would go here."

"First time customer l do however think service is great my only reason for two star is because the food could have been a little bit fresher and not something that was sitting up there for hours and hours willing to give them a try again to bring the two star up to a five star. Employees could use a little bit more hand washing practices"
