"I love Whataburger. But for a while now, the burgers are dry. The patties are not juicy like they used too. I don't ask for cheese much, but when I do, the cheese is not melted, its cold. Please can the burgers come out like they used to and suppose too?"

"There were more employees sitting in the lobby than working at 8 pm. The food was barely warm on top of waiting over 30 minutes to get 2 meals. Afterwards it took 15 minutes to get a cinnamon roll. I mean how long does it take to microwave a cinnamon roll to heat it up? Total absence of leadership, and full of employees who don't care!"

"Finally a Whataburger with a friendly staff, nicely paced service and a reliable product. We were there New Years Eve night and the nicest lady ever was manning the window. I wish I had gotten her name but she was polite, nice, and communicated clearly. And I am sure that is not how all the clients treat her so bravo for her. Nice hire Whataburger."

"We Walked into this place just to get a quick bite to eat, good thing there was no line bad part everyone was standing around and none to attend to us while we stood there just looking at ourselves. Finally ordered and went to sit down waiting for the food, I noticed I believe someone pulled the trash and dragged it outside from the kitchen this left a trail of water all the way from the kitchen to the outside, no attempt was been made to clean it up and none was made till we left. Management here severely needs to be improved upon."

"I can say this is one of the best fast food burgers, the fries were good and it’s a must to try the Spicy Ketchup. The burger was really good (just the lettuce was a little old but come on it’s lettuce). The service and staff was great and friendly. The meat did had flavor. Thank you!"
