Whataburger

"Whataburger food is the highest quality compare to other fast food chains. However, I don’t know what kind of people they hire to manage and serve their customers, because it’s almost disappointing. Every time I visit their chain I met with un-attentive work from the front desk to the back worker making the food. None of the workers seemed pleased to be there. If the workers isn’t happy to work, you can expect the everything to be terrible from handling orders to making your food. Whataburger used to be one of the best in terms of customer service and worker are happy to served back 20 years ago. I can’t say the same for this current generation since 2020-2024. They missed the mark ever since. For anyone interested in Whataburger food download the app make your order 15-30 minutes ahead because that’s how long you would have to wait when order in person or drive thru. I DO NOT recommend picking up curbside it’s the worst because you can expect to add additional 15-30 minutes wait. Your food will come out saggy and not fresh. If you want fresh fries ask for no salt."

"WORST. CURBSIDE. WORST. EXPERIENCE. I got curbside before work leaving plenty time to enjoy my meal before I go in. And curbside prior to today has been great across the board here. TODAY I waited 15 minutes in my car on an ASAP order. I went in when I noticed a customer that arrived after me leaving with her large order. Once inside the lady at the counter took her time before addressing me. By this time two other curbsiders had joined me at the counter. The lady asked for my order and I informed her I've been waiting 15+ mins for curbside. She goes to the kitchen to check on my order only to discover it NEVER WAS MADE. She consults a manager Audrey and THIS is where my experience goes from bad to worse. I ask if my order was even made and Audrey rudely replies the lady is "looking" for my order only to tell someone on the line how to make my meal LIKE I CANT HEAR HER. Why lie? It was clear all curbside orders were neglected. In the additional 10+ MINUTES I had to wait as they (in no rush) make my order, others including the curbsider after me got her order, I was now late to work and they stop assisting at the counter because the other curbsider still hadn't been acknowledged! The ONLY reasons I stayed was because I couldn't cancel my order in the app (a feature that should be included) ensuring my refund and I had taken medication that required I eat. When Audrey finally brings out my order, I get no apology, no napkins or condiments, no customer service. Just a brownie thrown in my bag which to a diabetic was not the "sorry for the wait" she thought it was. I left it on the counter while asking someone else for ketchup she didn't bother to ask. I understand it was busy, even expected a little wait but the way management handled my situation once brought to her attention was garbage."

"I have avoided this Whataburger because of the poor reviews. I dined in for lunch today. There was a line but 2 cashiers working. The cashier was fast and friendly. My look arrived before I get my drink and washed my hands. My chicken sandwich was hot and my fries were fresh. The dining room and restroom were clean. This visit was better than most Whataburgers."

"Whataburger has been my go to spot for a fresh made to order burger for years but on Saturday November 18, 2023 I was disappointed. I go in the building to place my order because drive thru was busy. I ordered the pattymelt meal with fries. Ask for buns to be toasted not burnt and fresh fries. My burger was burnt and fries were stall. There was no one ahead of me placing an order, it took close to 20 minutes to get my food. So disappointed the young ladies at the front register didn’t at least ask to see if our order was ready or anything to busy talkie out what their plans are when they leave."
