"Shocked at the customer service in this one. I came in to exchange a gift WITH a gift receipt because of sizing and they accused ME of re-returning the product, that it was marked in their computer as already having been returned with NO further explanation to me. I explained that it was not me -- this was a GIFT and here is the gift receipt. The person then confiscated the product, put it in the bin behind the counter and would not give it back! No refund or choice to select anything else. There was no point in arguing! I left very upset."

"We went to another location earlier in the week and they did not have as much selection as this one. This is my favorite location to shop at. There is always a line but the store is never understaffed. This location is in between a Micheals and the corner barley. There is always plenty of parking here. They always have greats deals and a coupon out. The selection is wide and diverse when it comes to styles and sizes. Their store is always clean and for the most part organized."
