"I ordered on the app for curbside and waited in slot number 3 for 25 minutes and did not receive my order ow so I went to drive thru and let them know about my order. I reecaeceived it and left to work. Everything was cold and soggy and I had to throw it away. I didn't go back because i was already late for work. Bad experience."

"I hate to post this but 50 minutes stuck in the late night drive-thru is ridiculous. With only about 7 cars ahead of me and even more behind. Many cars drove off since the line was not moving. I was stuck with cars behind me. The guy working the window and order taking also seemed to be doing everything by himself. The food was ok but he was only able to fill 1 order at a time. Get this guy some help Whataburger!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! there seemed to be a manager there but I did not see him helping at all."

"Let me tell you about my visit to this location. Although there was absolutely no one in front of us the lady still had a bad attitude on the microphone & wouldn't allow my child to add lettuce to the kids meal sandwich. So basically it's alright for the kids to order a huge cookie but have no greens added to their already salty burger. I'm disappointed about the attitude of the Hispanic lady at the window. The only solid good worker that I seen was the guy who brought the meal out to us. He deserves a raise I think his name is Lewis but he actually de escalated me being mad about the poor service. He was able to apologize for the attitude of the woman and the extended wait we had to pull around to the front doors and sit. The fries were soggy and over salted tasting old and that was not satisfactory at all. I think this location needs better management because it shouldn't have been a worker to apologize for the wait. And whoever the lady was on the microphone and window need better training. Options to purchase lettuce separately should be allowed. It makes no sense to deny nutritional value to the children."

"I purchased some Sprites. Imagine my surprise; Getting all the way home and finally taking a sip only to taste what tastes like peroxide. They obviously don't change their CO2 filters and tanks... And the cinnamon rolls taste like they've been sitting forever and were just warmed up....... Almost too dry to eat like a Popeyes biscuit..... Never again. I'll be going to the Homestead and the other little York location from now on."

"I ordered thru Uber Eats and this is how they secured my drink, as if someone couldn't just remove the top, other locations do a far better job at assuring that my food/drinks will not be tampered with. DO BETTER."
