"I placed a pickup order for Super Bowl Sunday at 4:45pm and my order was ready when I walked in the door! They had a table setup on the side for online orders and the staff was efficient and friendly! And the food was great as always!"

"I ordered traditional wings to pick up for a Super Bowl party. Plenty of employees were on duty to handle the extra business. My order was ready on time and the service was fast and friendly. The wings were nicely cooked and sauced. And tasted great. I wish the wing pieces had been bigger but everybody enjoyed them."

"The chicken was literally so light it was almost white. There was no seasoning on the chicken. I've never had bland chicken from wing stop. I couldn't event eat the chicken. When I got home, I tried re-frying and seasoning the meat but, that did not help. 18 bucks down the drain!!!"

"If I could give negative starts I would. Ordered online over 24 hours in advance of Super Bowl Sunday for a 5pm order pick up order. Wings were not ready at 5. They turned off their phones and were not taking any more orders because they were behind. They refused to give refunds to anyone. We ended up receiving an order at 6:20. We didn’t receive the correct amount of wings. The fries were over done and cold. The wings were wrong sauces. I can’t even really use the word sauce because there were barely any sauce on them. Employees and managers were rude. Husband waited at the restaurant from 445-6:20pm for a 5 o clock order while people who placed 6 o clock orders received there order."

"Placed an online order that was ready when I arrived. The gentleman that assisted me was polite. Regarding the food, it was ok to me. Nothing more, nothing less and nothing to write home about. Someone must really enjoy it because there were about 8-10 people waiting for their order to be ready. On to the next."
