"Food quality and establishment cleanliness were all an A+ for me. The staff was extremely nice, the sweet tea was not drenched with sugar and bearable to drink. The chicken was crisp, fries were fresh, and coleslaw was cold. Overall a good experience. The one thing I'd say that's affected this place, and all canes, is the price. I feel with what you pay for, the chicken fingers are not enough. But these are hards times and the food is still Overall good."
"Man, you’d think if I’m paying $11 for a combo meal that my chicken strips would be bigger than the ketchup packets you provide. And that the ratio of chicken to breading would be outweighed. Quit cutting corners and skimping your customers on the food they spend their hard earned money on. It’s like you take a normal chicken strip, cut it in half, cake it in breading and wow, now we have TWO chicken strips!! This is a problem at multiple Canes locations throughout Houston and not the first time I’ve put up a post about it. It’s totally hit or miss. I guess that’s on me for giving y’all multiple chances."
"Why is it everytime i come to this location the tenders are always so tiny for what I pay for?? Bought three meals and yet look how tiny these tenders are?! For as much customers pay for each meal you would think they would make sure to take care of customers food quality better"
