"This Texas-famous fast food chain is a favourite of my longhorn friends. It is a nice change of pace from McDonald's and Burger King, and it has some good combo options, but it is still a fast food burger joint and I haven't had a super consistent experience with it. On this visit my fries were crispy, but my friend's fries were soggy. My burger was better than the last time I stopped in, but it wasn't super hot, although the toppings seemed fresh. This location was moderately clean and seemed relatively safe. It was pretty late in the evening and there was still enough staff on hand to handle our orders. The staff members were helpful, kind, and efficient. They worked hard the entire time we were there and were polite to everyone who came through. They made the experience a lot better than it would have been otherwise. Overall, I would still rank Whataburger as a typical fast food burger place, but for anyone who is looking for a quick bite to eat while in Texas, it is a little bit unique to the longhorn state while being convenient."
"The person taking the order spoke so fast that I could barely understand him. There were only four cars in the drive through. I was playing cash and I could have sworn he said Lane B. I get in lane B and the person who walked out to the car and she told me that I got in the wrong line. So I ended up paying via debit instead...just to keep the line moving. I realize that a Friday night can be busy but there was no rush for the drive through. The car in front of me had a mix up with their order as the young lady handling the line kept going back and forth to their car. Eventually that person was told to pull to the front of the store. That was so I could move on through as I had been sitting there for a few minutes after receiving my order. With only four cars in line, the service tonight was very poor. I hope they get it together. Fortunately my order was correct but their confusion and speed talking was an unpleasant experience. Chalked it up to a bad day."
"This location is so hit or miss. In my experience believe it or not, the best chance of having your order made correct, of getting hot fresh food, and of getting good service, is the Friday evening dinner rush- despite the expected wait. If you go during a less busy time like late Sunday night, you will get your food quicker, but you are more likely to experience a problem of some sort then. I know this all sounds counter-intuitive, but it's accurate. I formerly visited this location 3 or 4x a month, finally giving up as of my visit tonight. Consistency is just not this location's forte."
"Came on a Sunday morning. Clara, the woman working the cash register actually got upset that I did not want cheese or onions on my burger. What do you care what I'm ordering if I'm paying for it???? Clara really shrugged her shoulders at me and gave me the Karen look bc I politely declined cheese and mayonnaise and onions."
"This place has absolutely gone further and further downhill over the years. It used to be a very good location. From the manager sashaing over to you because they made the order wrong to waiting way longer than expected, only to get the order wrong. I have avoided this location as much a possible over the past year. But sadly every once in awhile, it's just necessary to visit this location. The Fries are always cold, the Cheese is never melted; the sandwiches and burgers are just slapped and thrown together. I think I'll just go back to take more pictures of the horrible shape this place is in. Luckily I got a survey today, I'll be sure to pass my experience along. By the way get with Google and fix your hours! You're open 24 hours in the drive through. Dine in hours are, unless they decide to close that early, like they have in the past. Sunday: 5:00-12:00 Monday: 5:00-12:00 Tuesday: 5:00-12:00 Wednesday: 5:00-12:00 Thursday: 5:00-12:00 Friday: 5:00-3:00 Saturday: 5:00-3:00"
