"I come here to get a market salad and I always ask for no blue cheese. When I don’t do the mobile order they always without a fail put it in. I know they know me by now because I go back to return it. And this last time they even hid the blue cheese in salad to see if i wouldn’t notice. I’m a teacher and I don’t have the time or energy to cook. I took this salad for work and was hungry all day because the blue cheese is too bitter."

"As I have been told this is supposed to be the busiest location, but moves like a well oiled machine. It’s always quick and accurate. They always have everything that is on the menu including seasonal drinks like the peppermint milkshake, I wait all year for it. Brenden H. served me today was so polite, yet quirky and funny. He has excellent customer service skills. Managers are on top of making sure everything runs smoothly. Best location in Houston! Not that this location can help, but I really wish they could go back to the old salad containers, they didn’t spill when shaken."

"I NEVER complain. I have never gone out of my way for a review, but the service at this chick-fil-a was very rude. The employee who was helping me was very nice, but the manager is who did it for me. I tried two different cards to pay for my food because it wasn’t working. I was in the process of adding funds to my apple wallet so I could pay with my phone because I did have the money/ funds in my card. They took a payment of $5 and some change out of my card but said I owed another $5. As I was doing this the manager came over and was VERY rude. I was on my lunch break and as I was handling this in the drive thru, she came up to me and didn’t greet me and all she said was “$5.32” (how much I owed) in a very rude tone. As I tried to explain to her what was going on she cut me off, didn’t let me finish and told me to pull forward because there was a line. This was fine as I understood there was a line I was holding up. It was the way she handled it and how rude she was, I was about to finish. I ended up leaving because she was unprofessional and rude. I felt so rushed. With the $5 I was charged I was only given my drink and no straw. This took place on 1/9/2024 at around 2:00pm."

"Huge location! Yet, I went to order, waited no time at all (literally) got a sign to put at my table and the server was coming with my order at the same time as I got to the table. Wow! Service here is amazing. They had staff going around the restaurant asking everybody if all was ok or they needed help. This was all the time, really amazing. All were very friendly too. I had the classic chicken sandwich combo, as simple, yet delicious as they come. Never had an issue with that! Plenty of condiments readily available too. Will definetly be coming back to this location soon."
