Reviews
"Cool experience, sushi was average. Robot delivered drinks which was cool the first time, but then took forever to get a refill as they only have one servicing the entire restaurant. We were told someone would show us how everything worked, but they never came so we had to call someone over."
"Kura is a high-tech Japanese inspired sushi restaurant that features a revolving conveyer belt full of sushi options. The best part is that as soon as your seated you can start grabbing what you want from the belt. Once your done slide your plates into the plate counter and watch them stack up on the digital screen. If you hit 15 plates a kids toys will drop down. Be careful not to eat too many plates because it's not cheap. 15 plates is about $50 or so without tax. Enjoy!"
"Reserved a spot via online, went in, not a long wait, everything was self explanatory and easy to figure out. Nice staff, and it felt like walking into an actual restaurant in Japan. Kind of clustered and I didn't enjoy seeing the people in the booth across from the sushi conveyor belt though. Really loved all the different menu items. Friend and I ate a total of around 20 sushi plates. Was around 50 dollars which is pretty nice price for the amount we got (even though a majority of it is just rice which is a known stomach filler)"
"Not the cleanest place. Sushi was good but sloppy. They were in a hurry. The plates are not easy to take off the conveyor. The screen to offer is too high up and not comfortable to reach. And there is a glare, so hard to see. Most of the plates on the conveyor are empty. They don't keep up with the demand. Ordered items take too long to arrive. Comparing to other conveyor belt sushi restaurants we've been to, not the best."
"First time going and it was a fun experience. The food was decent, but sparse. I know I was there for a late lunch, but they weren't putting out a lot of items on the revolving bar. Enjoyed the goofy robot server, even if it got a little too close to me. Had to call actual human server over for refills as there isn't an option on the digital menu to do so."
