"If I could give this Jack in the box zero stars, I WOULD. Just went through the drive through, god a number 7 with no tomatoes and no ketchup. Burger was given to me with just the meat. NO CHEESE,NO PICKLES NO NOTHING. When I called they never picked up. Oh and on top of that they’re making the drive through customers park and wait in the front, I’m guessing so their time don’t count against them but still what good is that if their staff is rude and can’t even make a simple burger."

"I ordered from my app on December 3, 2023. We were promptly greeted when we pulled up to the drive-through. The manager Nancy told us she would be right back with our food. She was very friendly, professional, courteous, and made sure that we had everything in our order and was correct. She also seemed to enjoy her job, which is unusual in Houston for people who work at fast food joints. She was working with a young man named Taryn. He was very nice also. Napkins or the forks everything was 100% correct."

"I ordered all loaded mini tacos, fries and bacon Swiss buttery jac and when I get home all that is there in the bag in fries. I was in a rush and couldn't check at the time I got the order and there is no way to reach back at the location no number nothing. Totally disappointed with what has happened"

"The place is beautiful but the service is horrible waited over 15 min on an order from drive thru only to get have to get off and all the associates blame each other on who’s fault it was ,not even trying to address the issue the only employee to care was the manager Paty and she tried her best to bring out my order fast. Once I got home I came to yet another disappointment and my tacos were literally stuffed with lettuce and cheese and aTABLESPOON OF ”meat” and by burgers came out as sad and flattened ."

"I like this Jack in the box restaurant that just opened on the Eastex Freeway at Cross timbers. There is easy access in and out of the parking lot. The restaurant is new and clean with a nice contemporary dining room."
