"Just tried this location for the third time since they opened after not coming in for multiple years, and it's still just as bad as it was to begin with. I just wasted half an hour waiting for a baked potato and jalapeno cheese bread to go. They forgot the bread that they charged me for. And the potato was definitely cold when I got home less than 10 minutes after. Finally getting my food. I will never eat at this location again."

"We came in spur of the moment to celebrate my nieces 8th Birthday. I just wanna say that every single staff member working this dinner shift tonight was great. They went above and beyond to assure my niece had a wonderful birthday from the start! The manager was nice enough to give us a gift card for our next visit because they didn’t have chicken tenders and another staff member gave a complementary cheese cake for her birthday. Overall this place is nice, clean, has great atmosphere, great customer service."

This goes a long way with me as I feel customer service has somewhat diminished over the last several years and is no longer a priority with most businesses. But here they are on top of the game. I'll definitely be back when I'm back in Houston."
