"This is a -1 rating. Customer service was not there. A worker at the register was on his phone while tending to me. My order was wrong and over priced for what I got. And the manager kept saying "I don't know". So I asked her what did she know, and then she suggested I cancel my order, and I did!! That was my first, last and ONLY time I go to this location. I've been to others that were better. But this one on 10769 Eastex Frwy, is NOT the place to go!!! DON'T DO IT!!! ❌❌❌"
"The cashier was not very knowledgeable or helpful in choosing flavors or explaining the flavors. He looked like he didn't want to be there, absent eyes... The crawfish, clams, snow crabs, etc tasted as if they were cooked separate and all of a sudden they added the sauce...in the end the food and sauce didn't mix. Tasted as if I was eating flavorless seafood."
