The service is sad pitiful they don’t care about your order. They just give you whatever they want and they think it’s funny. The Burger King at 3715 Little York is thumbs down. "Employee messed up my order and instead of fixing the issue the manager was very rude about it. She is in the kitchen using her phone instead of taking care of customers. This is not the first time I see the manager mistreating a customer. I am all for same treatment and at no moment was I rude in any way for her to talk to me the way she did."

"Ordered 2 meals, neither were correct. Both were wrong burgers. Had a side of chicken fries that were not given in the bag, and had to wait longer in line for them. The cashier was very nice and apologized."

"I went in for me and my niece to get icees however on the menu it says 16 ounces, but we were given 12 for whatever reason so I brought the concern to the attention of the manager and he wasn’t happy. He was a little rude at first but then after me showing him the pictures and talking to him he went ahead and gave us a 16 ounce but I went around to other locations maybe 3 or 4 and they were doing the same thing giving us a 12 ounce when the menu board says 16 so I think that’s false advertisement and I wasn’t too happy about it. It was only one out of the four that actually gave us the 16 ounce which was advertised"
