"Went at 9:20 to pick up an uber eats order. No one was manning the intercom. Even though there was only 1 car ahead of me, it took 30 minutes before they attended the person at the window. The order had drinks, girl proceeded to give me a munchy meal and walk away. I flagged down first person I saw. Told her I was missing the drink. She then proceeded to yell at the other girl that the drink was missing. Other girl yelled back there was no drink. They then ignored me and 10 minutes later handed me the drink. Whole process ended up taking about 45 minutes. While I was waiting for the drink I saw what clearly looks like a orange colored clear bong. Which maybe the reason they were taking so long. Definitely worth driving a little extra to a different location. Big waste of time"
"If I could give the place no stars ughh! I’m here at this jack in box they closed on mesa an Tidwell Saying they waiting on next shift to arrive. It’s 9:45pm 2/7 cook walking outside smoking a cigarette. Employees sitting in lobby not doing anything. This jack in the box won’t get my services every again I will drive 15 mins away from now on very unprofessional!! Please hire better employees yall are losing sales behind this nonsense. "It is 4:20pm on a Saturday...January 6th, 2024. I was just at this location trying to get a quick bite to eat, only to be told along with the three customers ahead of me that the lobby is closed. Even if closing the lobby was necessary...common courtesy would be to close the doors so no one else comes in and take care of the people already inside. We were told to leave or stand there."
"Very unprofessional staff came to the drive-through waited there for 10 minutes so I drove up to the window to try to order because no one was responding through drive-through Speaker and Manager. Or shift Manager I guess refuse to serve me probably was a good thing that I didn’t get food there was something there a couple of years ago and it made my whole family sick. Today was a reminder why I won’t ever go back to that location and I know that this is not going to reach anyone because the Jack-in-the-Box is in the hood and you know how that goes. No one cares about restaurants in the hood they’re just more worried about no one breaking in"
"Pulles up to this Jack in the Box location around 7:50pm on 11/7/2023. My daughter who is pregnant order a chicken sandwich, med curly fry, 2 tacos, 4 nuggets. Paid for her order. Before we pulled off from the window. I told her to make sure she had her order correct and to check it. She checked her bag and she had regular fries instead of curly we ordered curly. So we politely alerted the guy working the drive through and told him about the situation. He went got another worker. Her hair was short and braided down. She told us we would have to pay for the curly fries. The same curly fries we already ordered that they didn't put in the bag maybe because they didn't hear the order good enough. Ok we let that slide because people make mistakes and we just wanted to switch them out and they acted like that was a problem. Then she only had 3 nuggets in which she ordered 4 nuggets and we let the guy also know that. The guy at the window and the lady was discussing about the situation and then another worker came from the back and asked us what was the problem. We had already told the guy at the drive through the situation. We just wanteded our ordered corrected and get what we paid for so we can leave and not hold up the line. They all had attitudes for no reason which wasn't good customer service when all we wanted was our order corrected. I understand people mess up orders when going to get fast food. But to have an attitude and not wanting to fix our order is unacceptable when you paid for your order. More training and better Customer service is needed at this location. Because we definitely wasn't given it."
