"I tell everyone regularly that Popeyes has the best chicken sandwich, that's the only reason you're getting the 2 stars. We literally go to Popeyes for the cajun ranch. We even payed for extra, we were supposed to have 6. You gave us zero, which put quite a damper on our dinner. I tried calling, nothing. I tried the website and got to talk to a machine."

"Probably the worst drive through experience we’ve ever had. We ordered 2 combos but they failed to ask what we wanted for the second combo. It felt like the guy wasn’t listening but it turns out that he was on his phone. At the window, another worker asked what we got and he had to redo the whole order since the last person messed up. The order still came out messed up with missing items. At this point we just wanted our food so we did not ask them for the missing items. We almost got overcharged for 2 combos as well and they also did not give a receipt. I will give them an extra star for giving ketchup and napkins though. Otherwise we were missing sauce for the nuggets and the fries for the wings."

"I asked for fresh strips and they gave me old strips! They also didn’t give a receipt like always and they never answer the phone! This is ridiculous this is our money we work hard for and to spend it on food that’s old it’s going in the trash. If I could give 0 stars I would. Popeyes prices are going up just for us to get this is sick."

"I’m extremely disappointed with this location if I can give zero stars I would. The morning shift is phenomenal. Seems like that is the only time you get fresh food, and they have food in the building. The Night Shift is terrible. The food is always stale. You wait 15 to 20 minutes for fresh food and then when you get it, they still give you old food making it seem like they have made fresh food for you. They are always out of sides. They are always stating that they’re waiting for inventory to receive packages for sauces, and juice! The music choice is extremely disrespectful is full of cursing and disrespectful slur in the lobby so you’re here throughout the drive-through as well. When asking for a side oh we only have fries forgot to make the others. Like really. Not only was the chicken old it was so much dry blood in the chicken. When call they will not pick up!! Just extremely disappointed with the Night Shift. Please do better before you kill someone and stop wasting others time when they’re paying their hard earned money. just be honest at the beginning and it will save both the hassle from actually ordering food from you guys. If you never have nothing and you know right off the back, your food is extremely stale instead of having a person wait 15 to 20 minutes and still get the same results because you lied and said you gave fresh food. Would definitely like corporate or high in management to get in contact with me."

"Service was good but product is subpar. Family size sides are for like 2 adults OR 3 small children. It'll help a bit if they filled the containers almost to the top. They cost too much to be anything less. It pays to just keep your $, make the time & enjoy home-cooked food."
