"I went in on a Sunday 11/5 afternoon to find pants for my son. The sales associates never acknowledged my presence in the store. When I located them they were standing at the register chatting with each other. The heavier frame Caucasian female sort of glanced over her shoulder to assist. Her attitude and customer service are in need of deep repair. After she saw that I was frustrated she attempted to be a little more courteous. However that was a little too late. Express is known for great quality clothing and a quality shopping experience. Not the case the for Rolling Oaks location."

I have items that start falling apart after a few washes, or have loose strings from right off the rack. I still shop here occasionally, just try to purchase something that looks really well put together and durable."
