"This was not just negligence, it was pure evil. I ordered chicken noodle soup. I picked up the bag and the soup spilled in my car. The lid wasn’t securely attached so the soup soaked the bag and fell apart when I lifted it. The spilled soup dripped where you see in the picture. Now I have soup on myself, my car and my work clothes. This particular Chick Fil-A is a hazard. Needless to say I won’t be coming here again except for a refund."

"I went to this location a few days ago and at first I was a little upset simply because I ordered a 12 piece grilled nuggets and only received an 8 PC. but the service was excellent. all the employees were very polite! well when I got home and realized my chicken was shorted...I called to let them know just to double check. I was polite about it etc. well the girl I talked to on the phone was sooooo sweet and kind and she offered for me to come back and get a 12 PC nugget for free. and that was really nice! I forgot to go back the next day but either way the gesture was nice!"

"Honestly this is a bit annoying.This is my second time coming here and they missed my dressing TWICEE and this time they gave me the wrong size fry. Like come on y'all and it wasn't even busy when I went. Now I will treat it like McDonalds and check my bag at the window. Now I have to eat this dry salad."
