"Only reason I’m giving them 5 stars is because of Terrence. He went above and beyond to help me with testing and replacing my battery. When I originally walked in, a different employee had verbally told me that they are unable to test my battery because of a new policy they have basically saying they can’t go outside and service vehicles when it’s dark. As I left the store, got back in my car and was about to leave, Terrance came and saved my nite. He was very profesional and kind, had me in and out within 15 minutes. My car is happy."
