"I bought a TV and tv mount from the store got it home had it professionally hung up and turned it on and its damaged pixels on half the TV called customer servuce they didn't even care about it said someone would call never called said it would take 3 weeks before someone can come out to look at it ...havent even been able to use a TV and they dont even care if it works or not only had it 2 days and finally turned it on ..and doesn't even work ...its like u signed the paperwork not our problem we will get to u whenever so unprofessional..even called the sales person right away he didnt even care was short with me and said call customer service he didn't even care"
