Whataburger

"I went in at 830 on a Wednesday evening. There was no one else in the restaurant but there were 9 people behind the counter. They never acknowledged that I was even there. They looked at ne several times but never said anything. I waited for 7 whole minutes and was never helped. Sorry Whataburger. Since you sold out to a Chicago Corp you have gone downhill. Won't be eating there again"

"This restaurant is disgusting. The employees are very irresponsible with handling customers and their food. I ordered through the drive and was told to pull up, and my order would be right out. Thirty minutes later, no order went inside to be told my orders had been given to me. They refused to give my money back and made me wait another 15 minutes for my order. A total of 45 minutes were wasted waiting for fast food at this place to get nasty cold food, Just a trash location."

"They need to do better and pay attention to detail. The food was not good. They had to remake food. Got home there was no burger pattie on my burger so I had to go back to have them remake it again. The burger pattie was dry and the chicken sandwich was also dry and cold. Spent 30 min waiting the first time. Second time there was no wait and manager was nice and gave me a refund. Overall experience was not good for me."

"I ordered online curbside and I was missing a whole meal. I went in to tell the cashier. He told the guy that was making the burgers to make a burger for me cause it was missing. Another worker took it to a different curbside customer. So I waited another 15 minutes. No apologies or nothing given extra. I didn't even bother to ask for the onion rings."

"New sandwich. Tastes ok, tell then to go easy on the sauce. ALSO my bread was burned on both sides. I asked for toasted NOT burned"
