Whataburger

"Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Immediately asked if I needed help, and occasionally checked on me as they worked in the kitchen. I received my food about 5 minutes after ordering. My food was pretty great. The only problem seems to be with the fries. It's either their soggy, undersalted, or lukewarm. Highly recommend the Patty melts, chicken strip burger, cinnamon rolls, and shakes."

"This one SUCKS I'm sitting outside for my order I order online curbside they told me to get here between 8:11 and 8:14 My job is 20 minutes away. No one show. I walk in the store there's three girls standing inside talking. I told the one behind the register I waiting on my curbside order. She ask my you have curbside. I just looked at her. She was like oh okay she went back there and got it. How's it three people standing there running a mouth and I had to get out my car to go get a curbside order. I think the store manager and these girls need to learn the definition of curbside. Maybe they should just stop trying to do curbside because looking at some of the other reviews they don't know what they doing"

"Ordered the avocado bacon burger and was served to me raw. I called and the person I spoke to over the phone was not concerned. Showed up the next day and one of the managers and the cashier had an attitude to begin with but my order was remade."

"I ordered online and when I received my order, the bag and the contents were wet with soda and the seals to my food were broken. I contacted the location, knowing it was probably the fault of Favor, who they use to deliver their orders, but they completely blamed Favor. My issue is, TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IF YOU USE A SUBPAR DELIVERY SERVICE. I tried to contact the driver but they blamed the “girl at Whataburger” for my issue. This is the second time I’ve had issues at this restaurant- I will be letting others know about their lack of customer service and empathy."
