"Order a sweet and spicy burger with fries and onion rings took over 30 minutes to finally get my food. Had me go in the B lane which is fine but the orders were all out of order. People behind me were getting orders before me and had to wait in line longer than necessary because I was still waiting on my order. I only ordered one burger one fry and one onion rings that’s it. Some of the customers behind me ordered multiple burgers and fries and got theirs before me. I’m normally a very patient person but that was absolutely ridiculous. Your supposed to be a fast food place I can go to a sit down restaurant order food and eat and leave in 30 minutes but to wait for 30 minutes in a drive thru is ridiculous. Hire some more cooks and get your orders more organized."

"It's taken almost 40 minutes to get a pick up order I pre-ordered. I asked about my order and then was told after it had been 20 minutes since my order that it was being made now. I've watched multiple people come up to the counter missing items or mistakes having been made with their meal. The burger is good but wouldn't reccomend coming here if you need anything in less then 30 minutes."

"I'm new to the area, but I've grown fond of Whataburger since I have moved here, I tried their new Chilli Cheeseburger, and it is good! It has corn chips kind of like fritos on it so you get a good balance of texture, and flavor. Highly recommend!"

"Still my favorite fast burger place. Most of the staff is friendly. Last few visits they just can't get the order right. I had to show the receipt and explain they missed a fry and she was reluctant to give it to me, but I did finally get it."
