"Update: had a very disappointing experience here tonight that changed my opinion. We came In and ordered in an empty store. About 10 minutes later the store was full. We thought we came at a good time, until we realized 40 minutes later that our order had been pushed back to accommodate online orders. When I asked why they would do that, the girl at the front said they always do that. My children were so hungry. I would have rather gone elsewhere if I had known it would take that long. I can’t believe that people who stay home and order online are prioritized over those who spend their gas and time to drive up to the store to enjoy dinner with their family. This used to be our favorite wing place. -we’ve been tons of times because the manager is amazing! But after tonight I don’t think we’ll be back. Original review- I’ve never been so impressed with a restaurant. The food is always so good here, but The staff is what makes it such a pleasant experience. Every single time! I went once a couple weeks ago and was so impressed, I’ve been back 5 times already. The manager is so kind and goes out of her way to make your day, and you can tell that trickles down to all of the employees."

"The guy at the front with the braces had great energy and great customer service. Very nice and very attentive he need a raise. You know who else need a raise? Ol girl with the glasses and tattoos she a good worker too!!!! She was very nice too! Anyways 10/10"

"what happened? - I've been ordering for several years, but today it was just disgusting. I made an order online today at approximately 6:45pm. arrived at 7:05 pm. I was told that your order is in progress. Ok, I thought, this is normal, we have to wait. the girl who was at the checkout was in a very strange state, I can’t say in what state, but clearly she didn’t want to answer. 3 people received orders before me, although they did not order online, but simply at the checkout. In the end, I politely asked at 7:25pm “where is my order and approximately how long should I wait?” - in progress. that was the answer. I wanted to give up everything, but it was a matter of principle, since the kitchen was preparing not 20 chicken wings, but most likely a panda. I received my order at 7:35 (approximately). If you don’t take into account the time of receiving the order, the wings turned out to be of simply disgusting quality. There was a lot of salt. I love salt, but not that much. there was a lot of oil, the wings were soaked in it, and the oil smelled very fried. Regarding the question of doneness, everything was fine, but they added so much spice that I just had to throw everything in the trash. Will I order from this place again? - yes, because before that there was nothing bad. will I give 1 star? - yes, it would be possible to give a lower rating, then I would do it. I give this rating for a specific incident that happened to me, but it greatly influenced my opinion. at this time, on this day - everything was very bad."
