"I have been coming to thisAdvance Auto Parts for years. I ordered a part for my car and the lady assured me that this was the right part I've had the part for about 3 months,so when I finally got around to getting my car fixed it's the wrong part. So I came and talked to the manager and he told me that there was nothing he could do about it. He didn't even act concerned about it. He said that it was declined or something but the thing about it is you didn't even try to come up with a solution. I ordered this part from you'll and you can't take the time to try."

"Would like to rate the place based on my experience but my only one was arriving here at 9 to find out it was closed. Google states the place closes at 10, the sign says 8. Please correct. I have noticed this with several Advanced Auto Parts in the area including Airline. I have no hate towards AAP as they are basically like all auto parts stores with a little more detail but It is truly an annoyance to waste time and gas for no reason over and over again."
