"It took a while to get our food and it was pretty meh. I used to work at Whataburger and I understand how busy it can get at times, but the inside was pretty empty so I don't understand why it took so long unless they're prioritizing drive thru orders."

It was obviously cooked 20 or so mins ago. They refused to put mayo on the burger because it was already made. So, instead we asked for fresher fries and they refused. We told them to keep the cold food. What terrible service."
