"Decent looking restaurant on the outside. Service was okay. Waited 5 mins to have our order taken. And we're told the fountain drinks were down. Waited an additional 10 mins or so for the food. And it was cold. Could see refrigerator with dairy products in it left open for the entire 30 mins or so that we were there. Ended up sick when I got home. Definitely seems poorly managed hope things improve soon."
"Love golden chick especially for their lotta zing sauce and dry seasoning packets but every time I order delivery from here I always pay extra for sauce and seasoning packets and they never are included. I just ordered a tender meal with mashed potatoes, lotta zing sauce and dry seasoning packets. They sent me chicken and dry mashed potatoes in a box, no sauce, no seasoning packets, didn’t even include gravy or put any gravy on the mashed potatoes….literally just plain chicken and dry mashed potatoes….y’all gotta pay more attention to the details and if you are going to charge extra for the sauces make sure they are included."
"If you haven't already tried this chicken establishment please do. The food was delicious, fresh, not overly greasy. Need more locations in other states asap. This is 1 restaurant truckers would appreciate and something out of the normal great other chicken spots. Next time I'm in Texas definitely a must stop."
"I came and ordered food on my lunch break and my order was messed up by the day shift cook. Called and informed them that my order had been made wrong, they advised to come any time to make up for the loss. My chicken was double dipped to fry and it made it extra hard and crispy to the point you couldn’t even taste the chicken meat and was drenched in seasoning (asked for lite seasoning). Came back during night shift and the manager Leshia Miles wouldn’t correct the complaint because it didn’t happen during her shift. I wasted my time on 2 different occasions when it could’ve simply been handled. Some people don’t care if they lose a good loyal customer at all!"
