"The young lady clocking in was told that it would be just her as one of the employees had an emergency. She was posed yet afraid as she went about the task of flawlessly preparing my order while taking another customer’s order in a most professional way. It was quite impressive for her first time to be trusted with the responsibility of the task. I would like to acknowledge her knack for the task as a customer service representative in the industry! "Taco Cabana is hit and miss. This location use to be known for all the misses. The last few times I’ve been here it was better than expected. The food has not disappointed with my last few visits. The service is suspect. Today was a little better than expected. I just don’t understand why you put a unfriendly person on the cashier station."
"I went 2 " The Cabana " w/ 3 star expecting & walked out w/ a 4 star rating. I ordered the ground beef enchiladas. I was very pleasantly surprised, not expecting very much. The ground meat was mildly spiced. The beans could use a little more salt. The rice was good. I asked 4 limes & their limes were dried out. Would I come here again ? YES !!!!"
