"Pay close attention to the pricing in this business OR you may be scammed. Wife & I made a rest stop here & I picked out two ice cream bars for us to sit & relax a few minutes. The photos show the price list on the top of the freezer & the tape from the cashier. I walked back to the freezer to confirm what I thought was a major difference in the list price of the Nestles Ice Cream Bar & on the Tape. My initial approach was to point out the difference & suggest that the price list on the cooler needed to be "corrected". The cashier went DUMB - couldn't hear me, didn't understand me, etc. - which convinced me he knew darn well it was a deliberate scam. A female clerk walked up & I asked her to walk over to the cooler & look at the price list that "needed to be corrected". She started asking questions, & playing dumb. At that point the bushy-headed male clerk, opened the register, pulled out 2 $1 bills & threw them at me, and walked away. I will add here, I am 79 yrs old, walk with a cane, am a few months after a stroke. I may be old & look beat up, BUT I am not stupid. There are some crooks in this business. Wife & I ate our ice cream bars, but I took these photos on the way out. I suggest reading some other reviews with low ratings."

"A huge beautiful parking lot and large well-equipped store. They have huge potential for hot food, but almost none in evidence at Sun suppertime. There's convenience stores on the other side of underpass who rightfully understand travelers get hungry on the weekend. Some decent hotbox over there, but what is it about Texan cuisine and too much salt??"
