"Based on previous experience and several other Popeyes, my expectations were in the basement. I placed a mobile order to pick up at 9:15pm. Arrived at the store at 9:15, walked in, and immediately noticed how clean it was inside. A cook from inside the kitchen loudly greeted me and thanked me for coming in. Soon after the front counter employee greeted and thanked me for coming in I told him I had placed a mobile order and he quickly found it, asked which sauces I wanted, and gave me my food. When I got back to the office, it was hot, fresh, and correct. This has never happened at a Popeyes before. The manager and their team need to be recognized for their incredible customer service."

"We did a mobile pickup order and they forgot our 3 pc chicken tenders that was supposed to come with our 2 can-dine-meal. They also didn't include our dipping sauces (sweet heat or honey) or extra napkins. They were also out of sweet tea. Overall, it was a disappointing experience"

"Asked for blackened chicken they said they ran out and so I wanted a refund then they said oh we can do It then I got home opened them up and this is supposed to be chicken strips I have never received them like this and they’re so so hard not even eatable. This is so ridiculous I work hard for my money and I didn’t want to eat this as my dinner after a long day of work. They just didn’t wanna take the time to make them correctly. Second time this has happened. Calling Popeyes corporate office to complain and will be giving names this is wrong."
