"Let's start with the flavor and customer service is 12/10. 2 extra points for acknowledging issues and doing something to help ease it. So let's get into this review. Food: we ordered Chicken and waffles, 5 garlic parm wings and a kids 3 wings and fries. The waffle is fantastic! CLOSE to Roscoe's (iykyk). The chicken was so flavorful but...I felt like I was eating baby chicks vs. Chicken. When I asked the size of the chicken prior to ordering I was told they weren't whole wings but pieces. Cool. But as you can see from the pictures they were TINY! The prices are reasonable but I NEED them to give be more than a sample. It taste to darn good to be bite size. Customer service: the cashier was cool and held down the front of the house while two other guys took a break. He was very social, explained the menu and offered suggestions. I'd suggest other restaurants take tips from this young man (my receipt says James but I didn't ask if that was his name) Drinks: the sampler slushie (all flavors mixed) will bare minimum be the reason I'd go back. There's also a fairly full bar. Time management: it wasn't busy tonight but the wait time was longer than necessary. They were having computer issues so I don't think the kitchen was getting the orders in order. But again the front man/ cashier apologized, checked in with us and made us feel at ease knowing things were being resolved. And they were. If you made it this far go try this yummy new addition to the North Side. Blazin' I meant everything with love. Portion sizes are important if I'm going to eat out."

"I stopped here to support and the place is beautiful and the customer service was amazing. When I ordered my food I asked several question and thought okay this sounds legit and comparable with the Tiktok videos lets go! However, when I got my food I was in complete disbelief. I paid 99 cents each for small small wings. $13 for one piece of catfish cut into 4 strips and some fries that were cold and hard. No meat on the potatoes. Not everyone enjoys eating these small fries. Will not be back unless this is made right. The food prices are high and the portions are extremely small. Not worth it!"
