"Stopped to get a chocolate shake, took 5-10 minutes for service,, I know drive-thru was busy but I think people who walk in deserve service just as quick"

"totally disapoint I been buying 40 chicken nuggets 2 to 4 strawberry Milk shake almost everyday and today they DID my order wrong for my strawberry shakes and I make my order like always and they give me really hard time that i had to cancel my order I HOPE the OWNER see this post and understand that People shure pay atention on the order because from the minute they start making them I honk and try to tell them that it was not the way i want them knowing i order everyday they ware talking and talking to each OTHER a supervisor and the OTHER lady that always take my order and I told the supervisor how I order them and they try to fix it but not the way I want it my Shakes because I want them whit just alitle whipcream and the flat lit because my son like them like that and he is a autistic kid so THATS WY I buy alot every single day and he is in love with jack in the box but yea very desappointed now I has to derive more to ANOTHER jack in the box"
