And then when I say I don't want to wait and ask for something to substitute the roll the cashier and the manager give me the run around and brush it off to where I didn't have a choice but to wait! Because I paid for the roll! Next time don't fix the food and hand it out until all food items are done and ready to go. Unprofessional and unhuman employee and manager. You had the right one today. Do better."

"The food has gone down majorly. I had a review that had 3 stars because the legs and thighs had flavor but the wings were horrible. But I went tonight and got the legs and thighs and they tasted like fried flour. Save your money and go somewhere else. I tried both sides of the leg and thought it was just that one. But I took one bite of the thigh and knew it was no longer my go to chicken spot."

"I order a family 15 piece chicken pay $50 and they gave me half of mash potatoes like for 2 person and half Mac and cheese and only 5 rolls I hate when you pay what you expect they’re going to give you."

"I have eaten at a golden chick one time before, and I was majorly impressed! After eating at this location, I was majorly DEPRESSED! It’s obvious that someone really invested a lot of money in trying to make this location look nice. There is a huge area right in the front of the restaurant that was at one time full of water. Now, it’s 3/4 empty with a whole lot of green slime in the water. I ordered three piece chicken strip combo. I was asked if I wanted “spicy“. Absolutely, I love spicy! So when I got my order, I drove down the street and parked somewhere so that I could eat. I was so shocked when I open the box. yes, there were three chicken strips. However, there was a big pile of red spice on top of each of the three chicken strips. It wasn’t even spread out evenly or nowhere close to it! It was literally a pile! And it was only on one side of each chicken strip. The gravy was extremely watery, and the french fries were soaked with grease! I am simply floored! So far from being the wonderful experience that I had previously had at another location. When I pulled out of the drive-through, there was a huge hole in the concrete That my wheel went through. Somebody really needs to step up regarding this location! Absolutely unacceptable! Don’t worry, I will never return to this location, and I recommend that you find another location as well."
