"Things seem to be unorganized at this location. When I’m entering an auto parts store it’s definitely not to read signs but to tend to an issue with my vehicle. A couple of days ago I purchased a battery charger for my car due to it having some issues. When I tried to use the battery charger, it won’t work unless plugged in. I got my car repaired and attempted to return the item. The first day I came to return it(which was the day after purchase) Jesse said he can’t help me without a receipt. Unfortunately it was raining outside and I had to get to my car out of the repair shop. My receipt was in the vehicle at the time. No problem. Today I came in to return the product with the receipt. The higher manager, LJackson, processed my refund after telling me electronic items can’t be returned. Jesse didn’t say that yesterday when I came but okay. Not to mention, when I purchased it, Lance said it was a product under warranty so I assume Jesse could’ve helped me yesterday by simply pulling up my name. Needless to say, with every purchase of an electronic product, the policy should be emphasized that it can NOT be returned. Or the employees could be more customer service driven."
