"The morning crew had messes up My coffee numerous times. I Always order 5 creams and 1 equal, or 5 creams 1 splenda. So when I see my coffee is dark then I know they mixed up and swapped quantities. And when i tell them to make a new coffee because it would already be too sweet, they said they would. Well they Don’t and just add creamers. It has literally happened 4-5 times these past 2 weeks. Happened again just now and have ended up throwing my coffee away because its too sweet. I’m really tired of it!! They don’t care it’s just their customers money."

"20 minutes I've been waiting for a 10-piece with a McDouble. Turns out that they had me pay the wrong order. And I'm still sitting here waiting for my Sunday May better than that please and then my Sunday is messed up"

"This what they call a quarter pounder. More like change from a quarter as many pieces that entire patty was and cheese all over the box no where near the meat. Staff all rude AM, PM take your pick AM shift short manager PM young blank face with no kinda facial expressions!!! This after going for breakfast and dinner...... They don't deserve a fallen star. I wish I could remove the one still there."

"The worst McDonald’s EVER. I ordered my food through McDonald Mobil app , when I got to the pick up window my order was not ready. They asked me to wait at the drive thru reserved area. I waited more than 20 minutes then I went inside to see what happened to my order, Manager on duty told me my order is not ready and I had to wait for 10 more minutes. By the time I got my food there was no napkins, and ketchup. I asked for it and she told me go to dinning area and get napkins . Food was so cold and my fries was half empty. Rude and unprofessional Manager and staff. Shame on this McDonald’s location."
