"To be honest I'm not a fan of Whateverburger yet I continue to attempt to give this organization a second chance! I wait 17 minutes for a cup of coffee! Imagine if a person only had a 30 minute lunch! After about 6-7 minutes I asked for my coffee and was told that they didn't have coffee! Really so why did you sell me a product that you didn't have? So I asked for my money back and was told give us a minute 10 minutes later I got my coffee, the food may be good for those who like whateverburger. Also I wasn't the only customer waiting!"

"My order was inaccurately placed, I was charged for a side that I didn’t want, and my fries were warm and not hot! The restaurant was very clean and the staff were very attentive and polite! They also have the kiosk where you can place your own order too!"

"This new location has exceeded my expectations! The food and drinks are delicious as always, the cashier and employees acted very polite, and the new interior design is beyond visually pleasing! However, the dining area did seem to be quite small, especially when compared to previous locations. Aside from that, this establishment is worth the visit!"
