"Twice in a row the service has been less than bad. They’re uncaring. My food was old and dry and crusty when crust wasn’t required. Their famous rolls were hard and dried out not edible. They ran out of stuffing so they scraped the bottom of the pan and it was just gross. It was also sticky and wet on top of it making me feel like someone spit on the hard crusty stuffing. Made me want to throw up. The corn was old and over done. Chicken was fry. Cabbage was unattractive. I’m so embarrassed for them that they thought it cool to serve this trash. I stopped coming to this location a couple years ago and got desperate and tired and made the mistake of going back. Shame on me. Staff was dry as the darn stuffing. They even ran out of utensils. Do better!!!"

"The only reason atmospheres is 4 stars is because I’m an introvert. The food was good tonight. I had the liver and onions with gravy and mashed potatoes with zucchini and yellow squash on the side. I ate the whole thing. Now I have the itis. Whoever cooked this liver knew what they were doing. I don’t think I ever had liver this good at Luby’s before."

"This is my FAVORITE location! All of the employees are great, professional & friendly. I feel like family, not just a customer, stopping by to grab a bite to eat. The highlight of my day is Ms. Kathy! She makes you feel like you're her favorite niece or nephew."
