"May be a better experience for you, ordered my food online and then the cashier tells me that she can’t find my order. Then I see her print it off and hand it to the cook. Mind you after I was notified it was ready. Then I come back in to see them standing around and one worker actually working. Not the best customer service."

"Wings and fries were outstanding- hot, crisp and full of flavor. The young woman at the counter was somewhat dismissive and not friendly. The restaurant itself was clean but a little warm, almost uncomfortably so."

"I have been ordering from this store for months and have had great food , unfortunately the 3 out of the last two orders have been incorrect . The first time I just made a comment to the deliver driver that one of the items that was ordered was missing and just left it at that. This 3rd order that I did call the store to let them know that this time the order was incorrect again. They put me on hold ( which they thought ) but unfortunately I could hear everything that was being said “ This B**** is saying we got her order wrong and another person which was the cook “supposedly “ said she is a liar at that point they came back on the phone thinking they were unmuting me and at that point I just asked for their names and heard everything that was being said at that time which I did get their names . Of course got a call back immediately saying that the general manager said not to order again from that wing stop because every time I do my order is wrong which is incorrect information that’s not what I said but anyways not a problem asked for the general managers name and she told me that at that point she could not give me that information and they are not a corporate company and they were privately owned. Basically telling me good luck !! Which is not a problem because we have plenty of wing stops around this area but very unfortunate and hopefully the people that work their start enjoying their jobs and stop getting upset and rude when things are incorrect. I know it’s a fast pace work environment and things could be missed but when someone calls with an issue instead of saying that person is a lying B**** , just assets them and see if there is anything you can do to resolve the issue. Good luck wish nothing but the best for this store !!!"

"I’m not sure why this location has such low stars but let me tell you that the food is HOT and on point each and every time I order. I’ve had it delivered and I’ve picked up and never had an issue with the order being incorrect, having items missing, or the food being cold. The ladies that work this location are always friendly and helpful. I was picking up an order I placed on Uber Eats and the young lady that works there wanted to make sure the order was perfect (she thought I worked for Uber) and told me to make sure I got napkins, straws, and condiments. It was a very nice gesture because it shows how much they care. I definitely recommend this location!"

"I've been to this location many times in the past, and it had been slowly deteriorating. Service, quality and wait times were barely respectable, to say the least. BUT.....this time was different. This time, it appeared to have a whole new staff. I was immediately greeted when I entered, which was a nice touch. All three registers were being manned and telephones ringing non stop. But the ordering process still took place quickly and organized. Definitely different than past visits. Off to a great start. Next was the food. In the past, I had always waited in excess of 45 minutes. This time (even when very busy), the food came out in less than 20. It was perfectly cooked and nothing was forgotten. Impressive. As I ate, I continued to watch the crew. They flawlessly ran everything like a well trained team. Glad to see that changes for the better have definitely been set in motion. And happy to say that I will return more frequently, based on this most recent experience. Great job! (Photos attached)"
