Church's Texas Chicken

"I had a disappointing experience at Church's Chicken. The store closed earlier than the posted closing time, and the drive-thru route led to a long line with no response at the order station. It seemed like the employees didn't care much, and their attitude suggested they might be underpaid or not motivated. Overall, a frustrating visit."

"I like going to church's but this one was VERY BAD starting with taking my order through drive through It took him about 5 to 6 minutes to even take our he was very slow I ordered the 12 PC family meal and a 12 Chicken tender meal and a Lg. side of fried Okra and we drove about 2 blocks and my daughter said check and make sure everything was in there I told her go back he forgot my LG Okra so we returned and I told the same guy who took my order. excuse me you forgot my Okra he gave me a smaller size I told him that I ordered the lager one he insisted that was the lager one and i order Mac&Cheese i got one full and another one half full i told him NO it's not because I have ordered it at the other Church's and I get the right size the one on a plater plate and I all ways get my order and he didn't give me my Lg Okar nor my money back so I won't be going there anymore‼️ And HE really need to work on his Hygienes he's very DRITY. I'm sending a photo of my receipt and my mac&Cheese one is full all the way and the other is half way. So I wolike a REFUND OR A EMAIL WITH SOME KIND OF CREDIT OR REFUND PLEASE"

"The new version of baked chicken was awesome. Service was nice....the reason for a 3 star is the chick itself was tiny. The drum stick was about 3-4" long. Though it was a yard bird. The flavor is very very good and since it's a half chicken you still get a lot of meat from the breast. I'd order it again but I'd add more sides to get full"

"Definitely reporting to corporate. I need a refund now. Waited in line for a hour. I ordered a 8 piece tenders with a side and 4 biscuits and was charged for a 12 peace dark meal. I didn't noticed until I was waiting for my food in the front of the building that the cashier charged me more. I don't know what kind of games there running but I ain't playing. And when I told her the best she could do was offer me a "large frie" but as you can see this ain't no large fry!"
