"Such a humble owner. I got the smitty meal plate and the oxtail was outstanding. I also felt the link was so delicious, and spicy! Next on my list was the ribs and then the brisket. Potato salad was delightful! Mac and cheese wasn't the best though. I wish a piece of bread and bun was also included but it's alright I ate this at home with a slider bun. Real satisfying. The bbq sauce was perfect."

"Smitty and my self will be come good friends. Had Smitty Special ( 1 sausage link, brisket, chicken wing, beef ribs) with 1 extra beef rib, side of potato salad, side of bbq beans. Cons: He was out of Mac n cheese The potato salad and bbq beans portions could use an upgrade. We are in Texas after all. Pros: Sausage had great flavor. The spice is perfect. (Not jalapeño Sausage.) Brisket was my favorite. Moist and smokey. Chicken wing was a bit dry, but good smoke flavor. Beef ribs. Fell off the bone. Potato salad was potato salad BBQ beans. good. These were different. Not quite ranch beans and not baked beans. I'm thinking Middle Eastern spice(s)."
