"They held onto my card for way longer than they should have. I couldn't even see through the window to see what was happening with my card. It took a long time to get my food. The fries were half hot and half cold. The chicken sandwich was raw. Now my stomach isn't feeling too well. Long waits, cold fries, and a side of possible salmonella with my raw chicken sandwich. People save your self the stomach ache. Don't eat here"

"These place is horrible. No ice cream. The drinks were flat. The staff was out of uniform wearing clothes as if they just arrived out of bed and they were walking around in crocs or sandles. I'm sure OSHA would be happy to stop by and citate the hell out of this place. The windows haven't been cleaned in who knows how long. Our napkins came straight from a bathroom roll. I went to the bathroom and the lights don't turn on. Washed my hands and there were no towels and I remembered they were our napkins. Ridiculous something like this is going on in the Katy area."

"The worst place to eat In All of TX!!!!!!!!EVERYTIME we go here there is ALWAYS A PROBLEM!!!!!!First the soda is nasty has no FLAVOR OR CARBONATION, We ordered 2 cheeseburgers they came with no cheese and no tomato. The fries were completely COLD AF!!! EVERYTHING WAS NASTY!!!!! We ve come here before and the food was good that was about 3 years ago after that it was always a problem. "Do not eat here. Horrible customer servicez when I first walked in. I had to wait for the staff to stop talking to their friend at the counter. Then when I walked up after the friend moved out of the way, they acted like it was a inconvenience to take my order, the soda machine in the dining room, had no ice no root-beer and everything else had no carbonation. They were out of napkins and ketchup, in the dining room again. Again, I had to wait for them to stop talking to their friend and get off their cell phones for me to ask for napkins and ketchup. You can see by the picture I took how much the staff cares about the customer service and the restaurant in general."
