"This is the first time I've had a continuous issue with my order in person as a walk-in. I don't always eat out, but today was a must. I usually fancy a jalapeno and cheddar biscuit with sausage only. Today, I had to return my order 3 times before I got what I was asking for. It shouldn't happen this way. I'm looking at the girl directly and explaining what I want, especially the first time. They got the order wrong 2 additional times. Even letting another person know. I was blown away at the lack of the ability to get the order right the first time. It's unfortunate. I expect this from McDonald's, but this was truly one of my worst experiences here today. I hope it is not a repeat."
