Chick-fil-A

"I really like Chick-fil-A food. And they used to be known for excellent service. However, in the last few years, they have put the drive-through customer more important than the walk-in customer. First of all it’s hard finding a parking spot that hasn’t been blocked off for drive-through parking or pick up parking. If you finally find a parking spot, then you have to dodge cars to get in the front door. I’ve almost been hit a couple times trying to cross traffic. if you happen to get in the door, you almost get run over by young employees who are running all over the place like robots, delivering stuff to customers. The whole atmosphere/experience has gone from a peaceful, eating experience to a hectic New York Subway experience. I’ve turned from loving Chick-Fil-A to avoiding it at all cost."

"Went to pick up early supper for two! Two chicken sandwiches & subbed a shake for one of the drinks! My 92 year old dinner date claimed the strawberry shake was, " The best he's ever had!" Thanks for the happy friend! Eventhough the waffle fries were old when I asked specifically for "fresh" fries! Mason, you told me a fib!"

"Always a great experience with this chain. The drive through moves quickly and the employees are always very polite and efficient in their duties. Other fast food restaurants could learn a lot from the Chic-fil-A service model."

"This is the slowest Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to. It's not quick like the other ones, I always have to sit in the line for quite a while here. If possible I try to avoid this location because of that. The food is still good though."

"I ordered the wrong thing online and called to fix it. The woman on the phone was SO sweet (I wish I remembered her name) and let me know that even though they had made it already, she was happy to fix it. When I got my order, not only was it fixed, but they also gave me a cookie. Chick Fil A service is truly unmatched and this team at this location deserves some recognition :) Made my Monday."
