"Got here well I was ordering the lady kept saying as if she didn't want to add items on there. Then after that she asked me to pull forward pictures of 20 minutes to get me to meals. I love Zaxby's but I'm never coming back to this one"

"I hate to even post this but I cannot remember a time I have ordered and not had to wait upwards of 15 minutes for my food. Tonight I ordered and was asked to pull to the side. I watched as 5 people pulled in after me and all received their food. I finally went to the window and was told that they are so backed up they are trying to keep up and that they hadn’t forgotten. Coincidentally I then got my food 2 minutes later. My children really like their food. Please do better"

"The location was not very busy but there was a bit of a delay in our order being taken as the young lady who should have taken the order was suddenly distracted by another task as soon as we walked in?? The food was served quickly but the fries were cold and broken pieces, the bread tho nicely toasted was hard and cold. Overall, restaurant was clean and plenty of seating. Note to fast food establishments: fast and cold food is not good for repeat business (this is our 2nd trip to this location, 1st time was better); people would rather have short wait for hot fresh food. No soap dispenser in the men’s restroom, yuck! Step up yo game Zax!"

"Absolutely WORST Cobb Salad I have ever gotten from here. 3 thinly sliced tiny pieces of tomato and 4 timy pieces of bacon, along with crumbs of breading with nearly shredded chicken is not acceptable. If you're cutting corners then cut your prices too. Marking this location off my list after 3 years of coming to this same location. What has happened to customer care and service??"
