And the flavor is light and savory. I have a bias for the Cantonese style of Chinese food cooking and this one hits the spot."

"My family has eaten here over many years. The people working pretty much know my family... how my kids have grown up to adults, etc. Food is consistently good. Love their beef fried rice, but they have so many other things. It is the care to details that matter (and obviously the taste & price). Highly recommended."

"There are so many great things to say about Hong Kong. The staff here is truly amazing and we enjoy getting to see them when we go. It is also amazing, how incredibly consistent this restaurant is. The food is ALWAYS good, hot and fresh. We have enjoyed both dining in, take out and delivery over the many years we have been coming here and it is always worth it. I especially love their Hot & Sour Soup, the General Tso Tofu and the Cashew Chicken. One of the other nice things about Hong Kong is they will adjust the menu items to your level of spicy."

"Very very disappointed about the order Got shrimp fried rice and found other meats inside and can’t have pork or other except shrimp and it seems they don’t clean after orders from other hope u can pay attention to customers orders of u like to stay in business Also there shrimp seems old all I know will never order again there not qUALITY!!! Update The called me and they put pork by mistake And that’s show how they don’t clean and care about customers orders that’s very bad will never go again"

"Very good Chinese food! Was a bit oily with the egg roll, but it is Chinese. The hot and sour soup was okay, but wish it was a little better. The lo mein was very good. The chicken was delicious and hot in temperature. I do think the spiciness was kind of low for general tso. Overall, I do recommend."
